Once we receive your request\u00a0and verify your identity, we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your personal information from our records, unless an exception applies.<\/p><p>Note: we may deny your deletion request if retaining the information is necessary for us or our service provider(s) for certain reasons as permitted and set forth in the CCPA, in which case we will inform you of those reasons.<\/p><p><strong>Exercising Your Consumer Rights<\/strong><\/p><p>Only you, or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable Consumer request related to your personal information. You may also make a verifiable Consumer request on behalf of your minor child. We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you.<\/p><p>An authorized agent is a natural person or a business entity registered with the Secretary of State that a Consumer has authorized to act on his or her behalf. When a Consumer uses an authorized agent to submit a request to know or a request to delete, UpLead may require that the Consumer provide the authorized agent written permission to do so and verify his or her own identity directly with UpLead, unless the Consumer has provided the authorized agent with a valid power of attorney.
