1. Overview<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe UpLead Affiliate Program (“Program”) allows participants (“Affiliates”) to earn commissions by referring new customers to UpLead. By joining the Program, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

  • The Program is open to individuals and businesses worldwide.<\/li>\n \t
  • Participants must have a valid PayPal account to receive commissions.<\/li>\n \t
  • We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t

    3.\tThe Subscription Services, Product, and Data.<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
      \n \t
    • There is no limit to the commissions an Affiliate can earn..<\/li>\n \t
    • Commissions are recurring as long as referred customers maintain an active subscription.<\/li>\n \t
    • The minimum payout threshold is $50.<\/li>\n
    • Payments are processed once per month via PayPal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t\t

      4. Cookie Tracking<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
        \n \t
      • The default affiliate cookie duration is 60 days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n \t
      • If a referral clears cookies, uses incognito mode, or switches devices, tracking may not be registered.<\/li>\n \t
      • Signing up through your own referral link is strictly prohibited.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
        \n\t\t\t\t
        \n\t\t\t\t\t

        5. Prohibited Activities<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
        \n\t\t\t\t
        \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tTo maintain program integrity, the following practices are strictly prohibited:<\/strong>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
        \n\t\t\t\t
        \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t5.1 Ad Hijacking<\/strong>\n
          \n
        • Affiliates cannot<\/strong> bid on branded keywords such as “UpLead” or variations in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, or any other paid advertising platforms.<\/li>\n
        • Affiliates cannot<\/strong> use UpLead branding, logos, or any similar elements in paid ads (PPC, social media ads, etc.).<\/li>\n
        • Direct linking to UpLead\u2019s website<\/strong> through paid ads is not allowed<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
        • Affiliates must not<\/strong> attempt to appear as UpLead or act as an official representative.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
          \n\t\t\t\t
          \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t5.2 Misleading Promotions<\/strong>\n
            \n \t
          • Affiliates must not make false claims about UpLead\u2019s features, pricing, or promotions.<\/li>\n \t
          • Spammy, misleading, or deceptive advertising is strictly prohibited.<\/li>\n \t
          • Any attempt to impersonate UpLead, including using fake customer reviews, is a violation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
            \n\t\t\t\t
            \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t5.3 Unauthorized Coupon & Discount Promotions<\/strong>\n
              \n \t
            • Affiliates cannot advertise unauthorized discounts or use misleading coupon codes.<\/li>\n \t
            • Any affiliate promoting unapproved coupons will forfeit commissions and face potential account termination.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
              \n\t\t\t\t
              \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t5.4 Fraudulent Activity<\/strong>\n
                \n \t
              • Self-referrals or signing up under your own affiliate link is strictly forbidden.<\/strong><\/li>\n \t
              • Any fraudulent, suspicious, or unnatural traffic patterns will result in commission forfeiture and possible removal from the Program.<\/li>\n \t
              • Any attempt to game the system (cookie stuffing, multiple accounts, etc.) will result in immediate termination.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
                \n\t\t\t\t
                \n\t\t\t\t\t

                6. Compliance & Review<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
                \n\t\t\t\t
                \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
                  \n \t
                • UpLead reserves the right to review and audit<\/strong> affiliate activities at any time.<\/li>\n \t
                • If an Affiliate is found in violation of these Terms, UpLead may withhold commissions and\/or remove the Affiliate from the Program.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
                  \n\t\t\t\t
                  \n\t\t\t\t\t

                  7. Termination & Payout Disputes<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
                  \n\t\t\t\t
                  \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
                    \n \t
                  • UpLead reserves the right to terminate any Affiliate account at any time, with or without cause.<\/li>\n \t
                  • If an Affiliate disputes a payout, they must contact support within 30 days<\/strong> of the transaction.<\/li>\n \t
                  • FirstPromoter is used for tracking only; any payout concerns must be addressed to UpLead directly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
                    \n\t\t\t\t
                    \n\t\t\t\t\t

                    8. Changes to Terms<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
                    \n\t\t\t\t
                    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tUpLead reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes, and continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
